We won't pull the wool over your eyes. Every individual's requirements are different, and there's a chance we may not have an immediate answer for a particular question. If we don't know, we'll say we don't know... and then make sure we find out! No "hedging bets". No "making it up". You can't build relationships without trust, and we'll do everything in our power to ensure you can entrust us with delivering your ideal solution.

 

We're not here just to sell you a solution, fit it, and disappear off into the sunset, leaving you to it to wonder how it all works! You receive one or two follow-up visits after completion, free of charge, to ensure things are still running smoothly and that you're happy with the result. If we need to make any minor changes we'll do it for you at that time, making sure we deliver what we commit to.

 

We will continue to support and enhance your system throughout its life. You can help manage the cost of any future design changes through our extended customer support programme, which offers a choice of annual payments to cover a variety of services such as programming changes or shutter maintenance. We can also offer you low-cost training programmes if you prefer to do your own changes. Or you can just pay-as-you-go - the choice is yours!
